About and partnerships

Considered content for fashion, beauty, wellness and the home.

Student researcher and founder building where biomedical engineering, health data and software meet. Living with endometriosis, and growing up around chronic illness, led me to start VIDA LAB in 2023 to turn biomedical research into clear, accurate public education. Now I design and build its product layer too.

I run brand social for a working glass studio in Seattle, I build health software of my own, and I style and shoot my own content, so a campaign gets an editorial eye and the accuracy of someone who checks the ingredient list and the study behind it.

Now booking campaigns, ambassadorships, UGC and editorial features with fashion, beauty, wellness, fitness, food, home and health tech brands.

Content

  • 01

    Fashion and styling

Outfits, campaigns and styling on pieces that hold up in daylight, not just in a lookbook. I'm a denim person through and through, always hunting for the perfect pair of jeans. Still looking.

  • 02

    Beauty, skin and hair

I say what a product actually does and read the ingredient list before I say anything nice about it. Long, thick hair makes me a hard test, so a formula has to earn the recommendation.

  • 03

    Wellness, fitness and recovery

Movement, sleep and supplement posts. I read the studies instead of the marketing page, and I'll tell you when the evidence is thin.

  • 04

    Food, coffee and dining

Tables, menus and neighborhood spots, shot the way they feel on a regular weeknight. I drink a lot of matcha, so a cafe has to get the bowl right.

  • 05

    Home, interiors and collectibles

Glassware, lighting and collectibles styled in rooms people really live in, with the maker's story attached.

  • 06

    Health tech and apps

Walkthroughs and demos from someone who builds health software herself, and whose Oura ring rarely leaves her hand.

What a partnership includes

  • Campaign content

Photography and short form video, delivered for feed, story and vertical placements.

Experience

2023 to present

  1. 01

    2023 to Present

    VIDA LAB

    Founder, Researcher & Developer

An evidence based health education company, "Research, translated". It covers neuroscience, brain health, chronic illness, emerging medicine and women's health. I write daily on Substack and Instagram, with each article citing two to five primary or high quality sources and closing with a plain language "What this means".

  2. 02

    Present

    Glass Eye Studio

Marketing, Sales and Social Media Intern

One of the largest and oldest glass studios in Seattle, where every piece leaves the building made by hand. I run the social accounts for Glass Eye Studio and Huntopia, covering content, product photography, captions, posting and community, and I work the sales floor where the pieces are handled and the real questions get asked.

  3. 03

    Fall 2026

    Florida State University

    Honors Program, Biomedical Engineering

Business double major. Before I start, a 2026 to 27 gap year of coursework in Python, machine learning and MATLAB/Simulink on the way to biomedical engineering.
